These are general terms for the use of the Quantforge Technologies website and for the provision of our services. They are intended to give both sides a clear baseline before any project-specific agreement is put in place.

These Terms and Conditions explain the general basis on which Quantforge Technologies provides development, mentoring, consulting, and related digital services. Any project-specific proposal, statement of work, or written agreement will take priority if it sets more specific terms.
You may browse this website and contact us for legitimate business or educational enquiries. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use any material from it in a way that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
Any pricing, scope estimate, or delivery timeline shared through the website, by email, or during discovery calls is indicative until confirmed in writing. Project schedules depend on timely communication, access to required materials, and the accuracy of the information provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for supplying clear requirements, timely feedback, approvals, and any third-party access needed for delivery. Delays in communication, missing assets, or significant scope changes may affect timing, pricing, and the final delivery plan.
Where services are paid, fees, billing structure, and payment due dates will be agreed in writing. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, invoices are expected to be paid on time and any additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately before it begins.
Reasonable revisions within an agreed scope may be included, but substantial new features, additional rounds of changes, or requests that materially alter the original brief may require a revised quote, timeline, or separate agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Quantforge Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, libraries, templates, and know-how. Ownership of final project deliverables, source code, designs, and supporting materials will be governed by the relevant client agreement and any applicable payment terms.
Any non-public information shared for the purpose of a project or enquiry will be treated with appropriate care and used only as needed to evaluate or deliver the requested work, subject to any separate confidentiality agreement that may apply.
Quantforge Technologies will aim to provide services with reasonable care and professionalism, but the website and any general information on it are provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantforge Technologies is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, business interruption, loss of profit, or third-party issues outside its reasonable control.
Either party may choose not to proceed with a proposed engagement before a written agreement is in place. Once work has started, suspension or termination of services, payment for completed work, and handover arrangements will follow the relevant project agreement or any written terms agreed between the parties.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, or legal requirements. The latest version published on this page will apply to future use of the website unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
